About Us

DIRECT TRAIL ACCESS
Our direct access to the ANF trail is unique and makes us a popular choice for ATV, dirtbike, and snowmobile adventurers. When you stay with us you just step out of your room, camper or tent, hop on your ATV, SXS, or dirtbike and hit the trails.

(Riding to and from the campground permitted 7am to 10pm only.)

Unfortunately we are experiencing a shortage in staff at the lodge.
Starting August 16th the office will be closed Monday through Thursday and Fridays new hours will be 9am to 6pm.

Anyone wanting to buy ANF trail passes during these days can go to the Route 66 Sporting Good Store in Shipinville. Phone: 814-226-4055.

During the season we sell Daily and Annual ATV/OHM passes during normal office hours. We accept cash or credit cards only, no checks

ANF trails are closed for the season for ATV and OHM riding. Trails may open for snowmobile riding upon the approval of the Forest Service. Watch our website for updates.

Forest Lodge & Campground

Explore the beauty of Allegheny National Forest and stay in one of our rustic rooms, suites, or cabin. You can also camp with electric hook up or primitive camping. Our direct trail access make us a popular choice for ATV and snowmobile riders. Bicycle trails, horse trails, hiking, fishing streams, hunting and geocaching surround us. The area is also host to wineries, breweries and distilleries. We are pet friendly with advance notice.

A Campground For All Occasions.

The campground features electric and primitive campsites with beautiful vistas and modern bath facilities. Each campsite has a picnic table and fire ring.

Maximum camper length is 40 feet but call to be assigned the proper site if larger than 32 feet. Lower campground is 32 feet max.

Four wheel drive tow is recommended with the larger campers.

Firewood and ice are available for sale.

Direct ATV trail access from all campsites.
